This is a placeholder copy of Yasiji’s Terms of Service. The final version will be generated via Termly (or GetTerms) and will cover the following before the public launch:
- Beta-specific clauses (no uptime SLA, 30-day notice on pricing changes).
- Moroccan jurisdiction and governing law.
- User data rights: access, export, deletion.
- Sub-processor disclosure: Supabase (DB, EU), Cloudflare R2 (storage), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Better Stack (logs + uptime), Vercel (hosting), Railway (backend hosting).
- Acceptable use, payment (when applicable), termination.
