Instinct got you this far. It doesn't scale to three locations or a Ramadan rush. Here's what the data actually shows.
You prep for a full house. Half the tagines come back. Tomorrow you order less — then the tour bus arrives and you run out. Either way, money leaves the kitchen.
A Friday night in Ramadan. The table orders the dish you're out of. They smile, pick something else, and don't come back the week after.
Flour counted by hand on Monday. Three calls to compare saffron. Hoping the chef remembered the olives. No one has time for this.
> module registry// /features
Every module feeds the next. Upload sales → forecast demand → prep right → order with confidence → track waste → catch price spikes. Closed loop, no spreadsheets.
Upload any POS export — Square, Toast, Lightspeed, local Moroccan systems. We auto-detect the format. No mapping templates, no IT ticket.
Three baseline models plus LightGBM ML. Knows your Ramadan, your Eid, your Fridays. Forecasts anchored to today, refreshed with every upload.
Recipes, sub-recipes, prep lists, plate costs, menu engineering matrix. See which dishes actually make money — not just which sell.
Ingredients, par levels, stock alerts, per-restaurant cost overrides. Flame icons when a price spikes. No hidden leaks.
Safety stock + usage stats + forecast = a purchase order you can send without spreadsheets. Reassign suppliers line by line.
Eight validated reasons. Bulk entry or recipe-level auto-decomposition. Analytics surface which dishes, reasons, days bleed the most.
Price history per supplier per ingredient. Alerts when saffron or flour jumps beyond your threshold. Invoice-to-price generation.

No integration projects, no onboarding playbook. Upload a CSV, see tomorrow. Then decide if it's worth keeping.
Drop your POS CSV into the Data Hub. We figure out what it is — no mapping templates, no IT ticket.
Demand forecasts for the next 7, 14, 28 days. The ML learns your Ramadan, your Fridays, your rainy Mondays.
Purchase orders suggested from stock, usage, and forecast. Send them, receive them, track waste, repeat.

You shouldn’t have to hire a data engineer to run your restaurant. Drop your sales export in, and we detect the shape, map the columns, and start forecasting — usually in under five minutes.

Yes. Your data lives in Supabase (Frankfurt) with daily backups. Invoices go to Cloudflare R2. We never share data across restaurants — and you can export or delete everything in one click from Settings.
Today we ingest CSV exports from every major POS (Square, Toast, Lightspeed, Revo, Odoo POS, Loyverse, plus local Moroccan systems). Direct API integrations are on the roadmap.
Nothing during the public beta. When we introduce paid tiers, you'll have at least 30 days' notice and a legacy discount for early operators.
One click from Settings. We export your data first, then soft-delete your account. No phone calls, no hold music.
English at launch. Français and العربية are in active development for 2026.
